HOW ARE THE ITEM DIMENSIONS MEASURED?
Sleeves: All sleeve measurements are taken with the sleeves empty and laying flat. The dimensions are listed as top width x length x bottom width, aka TxLxB. For example on a sleeve that is 12x14x5", the top is 12" wide, the length of the sleeve is 14" measured from the middle of the sleeve and the bottom is 5" wide. See diagram.
Sheets: All sheet measurements are taken with the sheets laying flat. The dimensions are simply listed as length x width. For example on a 20x20" sheet, both the length and width is 20". Some specialty sheets are rectangular and would be listed as 20x28".
Other: For true cone bags that come to a point at the bottom, the dimensions are listed as top opening x length (or height). The length is measured from the very tip of the cone up to the top opening. For example, a 7x16” cone would have a 7" top width and be 16" long. Occasionally these are shown as 7x16x0" where the bottom measurement is 0" because it comes to a point.
Due to manufacturing conditions, all sleeves sizes are accurate within .25" (1/4").

I'M NOT SURE WHICH SIZE WILL WORK BEST FOR ME. CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE?
We offer a variety of sample kits here to help you choose which size will best work for you and ensure proper fitment. WHAT CAN I DO IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR I NEED TO ORDER MORE THAN WHAT IS AVAILABLE?
If an item is out of stock, check the product page periodically for stock updates. Inventories are updated and restocked frequently.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
While there is no minimum order quantity, there is a minimum order dollar amount of $75.00 per order - excluding taxes and shipping.
MY COMPANY IS TAX EXEMPT, WHERE CAN I SUBMIT MY TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE?
If you are in Ohio, Texas, Florida or California and you have a valid Tax Exempt Certificate, you can email us a copy using the link underneath the special instructions from your shopping cart or by emailing us a copy at email@example.com. Proceed with your order including any taxes. Once we receive your order and verify your tax exempt status, we will adjust your order total to remove any taxes.
HOW WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
We ship all online web shoppe orders via UPS to the address used while submitting your order. Depending on the number of items ordered and item size, your order may be shipped in more than one package. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If you need to update your address for your current order, let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using our contact form here.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders received will be processed between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Eastern Time on standard business days. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt with the exception of weekends and holidays when A-ROO Company is closed for business. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail prior to the shipment leaving and orders will only be shipped from the A-ROO Company warehouse in Ohio.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship to addresses in The United States at this time via UPS. Stay tuned for updates as we plan to offer international shipping in the future!
